Opening times: Operates 24 hours.  Late license available.

Capacity: Ballroom, Masters and Haliburton Rooms combined: 300 sitdown / 350 standing

Masters and Haliburton Rooms (each): 30 sitdown / 40 standing

Ryder Cup Room: 30 sitdown / 40 standing (NB there is an outdoor terrace)

Curtis Cup Room: 14 sitdown / 20 standing (NB Ryder Cup and Curtis Cup Rooms can be combined)

                                 Terrace Room: 10 sitdown (NB boardroom)

Room hire charges: These can vary from £250 up to £2,750, depending on size of room and type of function.  All other quotes for food, beverage and extras will be subject to client’s specific requirements (please apply to the contacts above for specific quotes).

Daily delegate rate:  £75: including coffee and Danish pastries on arrival, mid-morning coffee with biscuits, mineral water, lunch, afternoon tea with biscuits, fresh fruit, room hire and VAT. Applies to parties of a minimum of 10 in all Private Rooms.

Accommodation: There are 8 bedrooms in the Clubhouse itself (including 1 traditional suite with sitting room).  Price upon application.

Additional info: Weddings: we can cater for small groups (30min -55 max guests in the Ryder Cup Room) and up to 240 guests in the grand Ballroom. Price upon application.

Bespoke golf and tennis days: Bookings can be made for a group of 12 (minimum) in the winter and 20(minimum) in the summer.  We offer group tee-times, or for 72 or more, exclusive hire of one of the three 18-hole courses. Co-branded apparel and promotional goods from the Proshop can be arranged along with golf clinics, scoring, on-course competitions with our Professionals.

Access to our tennis facilities and professional coaching, competitions can also be arranged. Price upon application.
