Swingers - taking crazy golf to new heights

A new £2.5million roof terrace has recently opened at Swingers West End, the immersive crazy golf experience just off of Oxford Street.

The new space, which can be booked for private and corporate events has added a 8,000 sq ft extension to the nostalgic ‘1920s’ seaside’ themed venue taking maximum party numbers up to 900.

The Terrace offers a new golfing challenge – The Meteorite Course – plus a bar, street food, private hire options and the chance to golf in all weathers.

Swingers is owned by Matt Grech-Smith and Jeremy Simmonds Co-Founders and Co-CEOs of the Institute of Competitive Socialising. Their first venture, a pop-up crazy golf bar in Shoreditch launched the high-end indoor sports phenomenon in 2014.

A permanent site, Swingers City, (18000 sq ft of crazy golf space) opened in the City of London in May 2016 comprising two nine-hole courses, five bars and three street food vendors. It turned over £10m in its first year with another - Swingers West End - comprising two nine-hole courses, four bars and four street food vendors and private events spaces opening in 2018.

Last June Swingers opened its first site in Washington DC and exactly twelve months after that first US venture another branch will open in Manhattan, New York City called Swingers NoMad. A second Washington DC location will open in February 2023.
