A Playful Reimagining of the
Corporate Events Space
Allianz Stadium, Twickenham has officially pulled back the curtain on its latest renovation, transforming the Beaumont Suite into a contemporary hub designed to bridge the gap between professional conferencing and creative play.
Now open for 2026 bookings, the refurbished space marks a strategic shift for the iconic venue. Moving away from traditional, stiff corporate aesthetics, the Beaumont takes inspiration from the modern tech-office emphasising ‘learning through play’ and casual collaboration.
Located in the North Stand directly above the Captain’s Club, the 280-capacity suite has been engineered to meet the evolving demands of event organisers who are increasingly shunning formal boardrooms in favour of high-energy environments.
The space features a suite of interactive amenities intended to spark creativity and engagement, including:
Gaming Zones: Dedicated areas for darts, shuffleboard, and classic Pac-Man.
The Self-Pour Wall: A first for Allianz Stadium, the room features a self-service beer wall, allowing delegates to transition from workshops to social wind-downs seamlessly.
Flexible Layouts: Designed to serve as a high-functioning breakout area or a standalone creative lounge.
Responding to Demand
According to stadium leadership, the redesign was a direct response to feedback from the events industry.
Organisers are no longer just looking for a room; they are looking for an experience that mirrors the flexibility of the modern workplace.
“Everything we’ve heard from organisers is the need for something different and we designed Beaumont to cater for this ask,” commented Nils Braude, Managing Director of Twickenham Experience Ltd at Allianz Stadium.
Versatility in Catering and Function
A revamped culinary approach has also been introduced alongside the refurb. The menu shifts from traditional formal dining to a more fluid, ‘networking-first’ style. Options range from casual sliders and gourmet bites to premium ‘comfort food’ buffets.
By pairing Beaumont with the more traditional Captain’s Club below, Allianz Stadium now offers a dual-space solution, giving planners the ability to host structured, professional sessions on one level before moving guests upstairs for creative breakouts or social networking without ever leaving the North Stand.
Nils Braude adds: “We want our customers and their delegates to think differently in this space. They were asking us for personality, creative spaces and areas for downtime.
“This is the event version of the modern workplace: a space that feels relaxed, creative and full of personality.”
