OVO Arena Wembley, one of the UK’s most iconic live event venues, is strengthening its position in the conference and events market following the successful launch of its Coors Lounge and a strategic move to bring food and beverage services in-house.

Managed by Legends Global, the arena continues to broaden its appeal beyond live entertainment, with the Coors Lounge proving a strong addition since its opening in Spring 2025. 

The 250m² space has already hosted a variety of high-profile business events, from corporate receptions and brand meetings to internal strategy sessions, demonstrating its flexibility and premium design.

The venue’s new in-house catering model, implemented this month, consolidates operations under a single team, providing organisers with faster decision-making, tighter quality control and simplified cost management. 

The shift also enhances sustainability oversight and allows for more bespoke menu creation, ensuring a smoother experience from planning to delivery.

Designed to accommodate up to 200 guests, the Coors Lounge features modern lounge seating, a private bar, kitchen, and adjacent breakout rooms, enabling versatile multi-room configurations. The abundance of natural light makes it suitable for both daytime meetings and evening hospitality, while blackout options support presentations and screenings.

Recent bookings include corporate marketing sessions, private Coors-hosted events, and pre- and post-show hospitality linked to live performances. The team is now preparing to welcome a global retail client for a multi-day programme utilising all three lounge spaces.
