Event Tech and Me

Sarah Johnson produces large events for a huge retail association. Tackling event tech is a challenge that she faces head-on and welcomes. Here she talks about one of her favourite products: Network Tables

Why did you choose it? It was the only one that did what I needed

Which other products did you look at? Other timetabling software such as schools

Why did this one stand out? It did exactly what I needed it to do

Training received? Yes online

Ongoing training/support? Yes they support me every time we use it

What are its main features? This package gives the delegates the opportunity to see those who are attending and then book meetings in advance of the event and then schedule the meetings and email out the schedule the day before

How do you feel about event tech generally? Are you a confident user – and someone who seeks-out new tech – or, like so many people, unsure of what event tech adds to an event and how to use it? I am a confident user, but only use tech if it is necessary, not just for the sake of it. The tech team of this product are with you every step of the way and they listen to how our use it and improve it to make it easier to leave

In summary:

This product is excellent for those who do networking events! This product makes it easy to achieve both my objectives and those of the delegates.
