Solo Doesn’t Have To Mean Alone:
Introducing The BNC Show Buddy programme
For our forthcoming BNC Show at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms on Thursday 29th October, we’re introducing **BNC Buddy** - a new initiative designed to make coming to The BNC Show solo easier, friendlier and more enjoyable.
We know that for some event professionals, the hardest part of attending an industry show isn't registering, for some it's walking through the doors on their own.
So we’re doing something about it.
When you register for The BNC Show, simply tick the **BNC Buddy** box to let us know you'd like to take part.
A couple of weeks before the event, we'll introduce you to two or three other solo attendees who are also taking part in the programme.
From there, you can make contact, arrange to travel together, meet up before the show and arrive as a little group.
You could even discover that your BNC Buddy becomes a valuable new industry connection long after the show is over.
“ We were inspired to do this new scheme by two of our BNC Show October 26 panellists who met at our April show and have become firm friends,” says BNC Show Director Nathan Paulden.
“The response to the new question on our registration form has already been incredibly positive, confirming that there is a real appetite for making industry events feel more welcoming and connected.
“Yes, there will be more than 100 suppliers, hundreds of event professionals, seminars, networking, new ideas, great hospitality and plenty of opportunities to discover what's new in the industry but at its heart, The BNC Show is about people.
“BNC Buddy is simply our way of making that first bit of networking a little easier.”
