Green & Fortune will serve-up a feast at the bnc show 

Our menu at The BNC Show is expertly curated by Green & Fortune, caterers at Central Hall Westminster.

Their attention to detail is second to none and this year they have conjured-up the most exciting all-day feast that will leave you ‘full but not heavy’ and in absolute awe of the presentation and flavours.

And no one is left out – food intolerances and allergies and preferences are no challenge to the chefs as they work to ensure that everyone’s dietary needs are met with equal flair and fullness. 

Our aim is to serve you impeccable looking and tasting, nourishing food - with sustainability in mind – from breakfast to afternoon tea to keep you going during a busy day of networking.

The full menu will be available soon and dotted around the show are QR codes to scan and download which saves on printing and speaking of saving resources, some of the dishes are served on compostable dishes and with ‘sporks’. Using one handy utensil saves on waste and water. 

But for now, how about a hearty morning start of pulled Gloucestershire ham hock bap or berries on toasted sourdough? Homemade piccalilli tops the ham and the berries are served with British whipped cream and maple syrup. There’s also oats, plus two other baps to choose from.

Mid morning the delectable offering is made up of Black Bomber scones and a build-your-own banoffee pie plus a fruit and nut bar.

Lunch, served in bowls and compostable plates, will keep you satisfied with seven sensational offerings from catch of the day to a purple sprouting broccoli, miso and ginger slaw.

That comes with pudding ........but if you’re craving something extra sweet in the afternoon, tea will be served along with Heritage carrot cake, British honey and white chocolate almond cake, a Welsh cake plus a Cornish clotted cream custard tart. 

There's lots more to mention but just one last thing for now: we are very excited about Green & Fortune's Hope and Glory Iced Tea - brewed especially for The BNC. We can’t wait to try it!
