CventIQ to showcase new AI App features at The BNC Show
The future of the event app is coming to The BNC Show, as event technology giant Cvent brings its AI-powered CventIQ experience to a mass UK event-professional audience for the first time.
We’re delighted to welcome long-standing BNC event tech partner Cvent to The BNC Show on Thursday 29th October, where visitors will have the opportunity to experience the latest evolution of its Attendee Hub Event App, powered by CventIQ.
Designed to move the traditional event app beyond a simple digital agenda, CventIQ brings AI-powered personalisation, engagement and content capture into the attendee experience.
Cvent describes the technology as an intelligent event assistant that can use event and engagement data to make content and experiences more relevant to individual attendees.
And at The BNC Show, event professionals won't just be hearing about what the technology can do, they’ll be able to experience it live in our seminar room and around the show itself.
One of the features we’re particularly excited about is the ability to bring our seminar programme to life through live Q&As and polls, allowing audiences to interact directly with speakers and content from their own devices. Attendee Hub supports live Q&A and polling as part of its session engagement functionality.
CventIQ will also help capture the content being delivered in our seminar rooms.
Its AI-powered Session Snapshots and Takeaways use live session transcripts to create useful summaries and capture key moments, helping attendees retain and revisit the ideas they hear throughout the day.
For BNC Show visitors, there’s another exciting first: attendees will be able to scan each other’s badges, making it easier to connect with the people they meet and continue those conversations after the show.
Nathan Paulden, Director of The BNC, says:
“We’re incredibly excited to have Cvent bringing this technology to The BNC Show. We’ve always been passionate about creating an event that gives our visitors genuinely useful experiences and connections, rather than simply another day out of the office.
“Being able to experience AI-powered engagement, live interaction and intelligent content capture as part of the show itself is a fantastic opportunity for our audience. And the ability to connect with other attendees digitally, as well as face-to-face, could make a real difference to how those relationships continue after the event.”
Come and experience it for yourself at The BNC Show on Thursday 29th October at De Vere Grand Connaught Rooms. Cvent: STAND 170-171.
